What is Our Return Policy?

Most items that we sell on the KirksFollyStore.com website comes with a 30-day money back guarantee.

If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase directly from KirksFollyStore.com, simply return that item within 30 days for a full refund on that item (some restrictions are listed below).

The only exclusions to this policy are items that are purchased from our Fairy Sale section, our Irresistible Offers section and our Clearance section, as well as all items purchased at Wholesale Pricing. All sales on these items are Final and cannot be returned for a refund.

Please also note that all Freight and Shipping charges, for delivery and return, and related insurance charges, cannot be refunded or credited.

When returning a product back for a refund, please enclosed a copy of your invoice or receipt with your shipment.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately as we will need to file a damage claim report with the shipping company. Please note that all damage shipment claims must be filed within 48 hours from the time the shipment arrives. Failure to contact us within that time period will forfeit your right to file a damage claims report.
